Integral Sadhana - It's Body's Turn Now

Integral Sadhana - It's Body's Turn Now - Aul Dev

You can dive into this book if you resonate with the following two criteria in your life.

Number 1: You love to learn and do the work of the transformation of the body, and using the body as the basis, you want to explore the art of transformation of your mind, transformation of your heart, transformation of your emotions and of your energies. If this inner change and transformation is a burning flame inside your heart, then you should go for this book.

The second criteria that is critical or important is that you have an absolute certainty in the role of the higher consciousness or Divinity in the formation of your life, humanity and Earth. Creation is happening every moment, and there's an actual interaction that occurs between the aspiring human and the descending Idea or the Ideality which wants to manifest a new world, a new life. This book’s aim is to collaborate in the invocation for a New Creation on the Earth.

If you thus believe in the role of the higher consciousness, then this book would be a delight in your hands. There's a lot packed in these few pages; you can take your time, read a few sentences and put them into practice. Do not try too hard to understand the book at first. Try to put it into practice directly and experientially. Return regularly to your notes and your practice. Aspire, surrender and witness what unfolds within your insights, understanding and realisation.
