Patanjali Yogpeeth has prepared Yoga manual for parents and teachers in collaboration with the scholars and institutions working for many years all over the country in the field of teaching, training and research of yoga. Introduction of newly formed syllabus related to Yoga, fundamentals and practical approach for primary level, etc. has been described in it. This yoga manual is meant to guide teachers and parents at two levels: elementary (classes 1-8) and secondary (classes 9-12). It has been divided into three sections: yoga education, general introduction and other information.
