The Arya (7 volume set printed in 1990) - Sri Aurobindo

This set of seven volumes comprises facsimiles of the Arya, the philosophical monthly review published from August 1914 to January 1921 where most of Sri Aurobindo's major works such as The Life Divine, The Synthesis of Yoga, and The Secret of the Veda were originally serialised. The Mother commented that when Sri Aurobindo wrote for the Arya, “he silenced his mind and sat at the typewriter, and from above, from the higher planes, all that had to be written came down, all ready, and he had only to move his fingers on the typewriter and it was transcribed.”

Please note that as a result of much time having elapsed since the printing of this set in 1990, the paper has visibly aged. Also, depending on the quality of the source material of which the facsimiles are photographic reproductions, readability may not be of the highest standard throughout. The set is thus being made available, primarily for its historical significance and antiquarian value, at a very low price.
